Brutal Beans is a crew of coffee obsessives who take the work seriously and ourselves not at all. We pay fair wages, train you properly, and give every barista real say in what goes on the menu.

We are currently hiring baristas, a weekend roaster assistant, and a pastry line cook across our three Portland locations. No experience? We will train the right attitude.
